1. We will most likely have around 120 people, out of which around 50 will be children, who won’t eat as much. Can we please have something in place, which means that people can come up more times if they are still hungry and that they will be able to get more food if the portions are still available? As I assume children will definitely have some portions spare so we’d just like to make sure there will definitely be enough for everyone and that we’ll be able to get all 120 portions?
We normally provide upto the amount of portions booked, so if we have portions spare we are happy to serve people twice.
2. If we suddenly will have more people coming – when is the last point we could update you on the numbers changing?
We would need to know 24 hours before
3. If you were to use your own electricity generator – how much extra would that cost? We will likely have 1x 13amp available but not sure about 2x!
It would cost £100 to cover an additional van and driver
4. Is there any guaranty that each person will be able to get their first choice or will you only have a certain amount of each thing? Are all the burgers on your menu available?
All the burgers are available, however it isn’t possible to guarantee everyone their first choice as that would mean bringing 480 servings and throwing 360 of them away at the end. For 120 guests we would bring a selection based on what our records show would usually be requested.
5. Do you do any sort of sides with your dishes?
They come with fries and salad
6. What would the options be for Gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan diet?
Everything on the menu is available as gluten free and vegan
7. We will need to cover quite a lot of people coming up at the same time – would there be a way of potentially making this more of a buffet thing and keeping an eye on it that way, rather than people coming up to the van, or what would you suggest would work best?
We regularly serve around 1000 guests per hour for clients such as Amazon, how many do you estimate would be coming at once?
8. Does your quote cover everything – from travel to food to service?
Yes
9. Are you able to do any chicken or anything that would be a bit more child friendly if possible?
We can replace some of the burger servings with chicken
