2-If you have to Cancel your celebration due to Covid-19, you will get a Full refund, no questions asked.

3-If you have to Cancel your celebration or event due to other reasons, you will get a 50% refund.
When is the final balance due? A week before the celebration or event.

Can we speak on the phone?   Once a booking has been secured with a deposit, cater now will share our contact details so we can finalise any final information before the event by telephone. Before a deposit is paid you can use the inbox messaging service below to ask any information you need to help you in making a decision. To protect cater now and yourself all bookings and communication must be made on this platform until a booking is made with a deposit payment.
