Hi Joanne, No worries, Apologise also, we had a really busy jubilee weekend. We are fully silt sufficient. We use LPG gas if that’s ok with you to power our grill and fryers. We do have a generator but it’s diesel and I don’t really like using it if I don’t have to as we do have electric fryers and induction stoves that use electrical. If you pay the deposit we can finalise on the menu and get you booked in for that date. Look forward to hearing from you.
Sorry for the delay. I needed to speak to the bride and groom and it’s quite hard to pin them down! They’d love you to cater for their wedding and the menu looks great. Work commitments (and hen do) mean we won’t be able to visit you in hackney before you leave. Before I pay the deposit is there anything you need to know about us? The reception will take place in our small farm. You’ll be able to drive in and park by the marquee. We are an off grid farm so we generate power by solar panels with a battery bank. We can provide power but it’s limited. How much would you require? Are you able to work without? At what point would you require final numbers and food choices? We’re in Buckinghamshire, HP224NF – that’s an ok distance for you to travel to?
Hi Joanne, I don’t think so. Not at the moment. We do currently have a pub residency in Hackney, where we serve food on a daily basis and our fish and chips is on at the mo. You are more than welcome to come down and try and we can also discuss your event. The pub is called “Star by Hackney downs”. Please let us know as we are only there til the 12th of June. Thanks
