Hi, Jeanette Hello and thanks for putting out a request for a quote, we've just seen it and think we might be able to help make your event even better ?

We are Vicki and Matt, and when combined with freshly made dough in our cute, vintage looking food trailer, we are Churrisimo! We serve beautiful churros with luxury sauces, toppings and indulgent Italian gelato ice cream (check out our pictures for details - we look as good as our churros taste!).

Our churros are vegan friendly (with gluten free options) ? our gelato ice cream with dairy, vegan and gluten free options ? and all our packaging bio-degradable ? all whilst bringing a touch of class and luxury to any setting.

We are rated 5 out of 5 stars for food hygiene and also provide our own public and product liability insurance for any event

Ice cream

Gelato ice cream: If you've only ever had British made ice cream, you are in for a treat with our authentic Italian recipe gelato, packed with more flavour, less air and lower fat - what's not to love! [Optional extra]

Dairy: We stock a variety of flavours including vanilla, strawberry and chocolate 
Vegan: We stock vanilla and our new best seller; coconut and chocolate ripple (vegan friendly ?) 
Gluten free: All our gelato ice creams are gluten free. 



Services included in the quote:

Booking the 5 star food hygiene rated Churrisimo trailer for your event
2x staff to set up, serve and close down
All staff with relevant level 2 or higher food safety training
Public and product liability insurance and health & safety assessments
Travel costs
All your dishes being served in biodegradable trays / recyclable packaging including cutlery
A 3 hour serving window (unless agreed otherwise)
If you've not provided timings, the quote is based on a daytime slot between 11am and 5pm
If you've not provided the information, the quote is based on you providing a single 13amp socket or blue 'commando' socket for power (we can provide our own power from our Eco friendly LPG generator if required for a small fee)
PCR Covid Testing – if this is required, this will need to be either 2 hours prior to the event on site or otherwise at a location near Cambridgeshire. For PCR testing we regularly either have someone attend our home address or travel to the Goodbody Clinic pharmacy in St Neots or the Cambourne Regus centre at suppliers cost (unless otherwise agreed).
