* It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details on your booking confirmation email are adhered to, any such deviation to the above particulars will result in KK Catering retaining any deposit paid in advance and reserve the right to make additional claims to minimise any losses that may occur as a result in the deviation.*KK Catering also reserve the right to add a fuel levy on your booking of 30 pence for each meal ordered up to 7 days before the event, this cost will only be added if excessive prices in fuel have occurred within recent months since your booking,*Any agreed serving times are subject to change due to circumstances which are beyond our control i.e. traffic delays, accidents, incidents, weather etc, if service can take place within 2 hours of the serving time agreed then no discount or refund will be given, if we are late serving by over two hours and both parties agree for us to continue with the service then a late service refund up to a maximum of 20% of the total order value will be offered. If KK Catering confirm they cannot fulfil this contract due to unforeseen circumstances no compensation will be made however your balance will be refunded. By placing an order online you also agree that we require a minimum of 8ft width (2.44m) and a minimum height of 10ft (3.05metres) to gain full access to the event and that if the unit cannot gain entry to your event due to access restrictions or uneven ground not mentioned prior to booking then full payment will still be required. Items from the menu or stock items may be substituted if there are supply issues. Our unlimited servings option is based on the actual number of guests booked and paid for, any additional guests over the numbers booked will invalidate the unlimited option, in addition, unlimited food means we will offer food Menu options subject to availability within the time period booked. Full payment is due 7 days before the event date for all private events and parties. KK Catering makes no guarantee of the colour or style of catering unit provided and in certain instances may use subcontractors to undertake this service *If crockery is provided to KK Catering in substitute for takeaway containers, then this is done so at the customers own risk* The customer will provide access to toilets and waste removal. Usually 3 bin bags per 100 servings. Any special requests or food choices must be finalised 7 days before the event, after this time KK Catering will estimate the food choices based on your initial order and specified requirements at the time of booking. If power available is set to TBC then you must let us know at least 7 days before that a generator is required otherwise power will be required from the venue. All Deposits are non-refundable. If you pay by Direct Debit your deposit is calculated on 25% of your total order.
