It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details above are correct and adhered to, any such deviation will result in Cook ‘n Go retaining any deposit paid in advance and reserving the right to make additional claims to minimize any losses that may result in any said deviation. Agreed serving times are subject to change due to circumstances which are beyond our control, i.e. traffic, accidents or breakdown of vehicle. If service can still take place within 2 hours of the serving times agreed then no discount or refund will be given, outside these times then an agreement between the 2 parties can be made. The part payment made already is to cover costs, quotes, admin, etc. and is non-refundable. By signing this agreement, you also agree that the “Description of Pitch” is accurate including access to your venue. If Cook ‘n Go cannot gain entry to your event due to restrictive access or uneven ground not previously mentioned in the contract, then full payment will still be required. In the event of a COVID lockdown and your event cannot take place then Cook n Go will not refund any monies paid but will carry payments over to a future date within 12 months.

Hi Katie, to protect our company, just like air bnb and uber and many other sites that introduce suppliers and customers I am afraid you cannot speak directly outside of this platform until after a booking is confirmed.
